ORDERING BY CREDIT CARD Beneath the shipping address section is a box labeled "Enter email and Sat. provider".  Please enter your email address and the name of your satellite provider (DirecTV, Dish Network, Bell ExpressVu, etc.) in this box on separate lines.  We need this information to determine which satellite you will use.  If you already know the elevation angle of your dish, you may enter this as well on a separate line, followed by the word "degrees" If you are ready to order by credit card now, proceed to the "Order Plans" page.   ORDERING BY MONEY ORDER If you wish to order the plans with a money order, you must download the order form, fill it out, and send it to the address on the form along with the proper money order.  Your plans will be sent as specified on the order form..
